The 10.28-acre property is located at 7236 E CR 100 S. DPR 23-14 Harvest Landing, Lot 2 *This petition was continued to the November 27th, 2023 Plan Commission meeting* This is a request for approval of a Zoning Amendment to change the zoning of a property from R-2: Mixed Residential District to R-4: Multi-Family Residential District to allow for the development of an attached single-family residential development consisting of a maximum of 80 dwelling units. Plan Commission meetings take place at 6:30 p.m. at Town Hall where there are opportunities for public comment. Citizens are encouraged to attend. The PC meeting schedule, agendas, and minutes can be found on the Town of Avon website for viewing. There are several items pending hearing at the upcoming November Plan Commission meeting, including but not limited to a UDO Text Amendment and a Primary Plat petition for Harper Estates.
