DPR 23-13 C-Store is a Development Plan Review petition that proposes to develop a 2,500 square foot BP gas station with associated convenience store at 1137 N. Avon Ave. The convenience store is proposed to include Noble Roman’s Pizza and Hoosier To Go DPR 23-13 DPR 23-14 Harvest Landing, Lot 2 is a Development Plan Review petition that proposes to develop two multi-tenant commercial buildings with parking, drainage, and utility infrastructure at Lot 2 of Harvest Landing. This request is a result of the acquisition and demolition of the petitioner’s home by the Town of Avon as part of the Dan Jones widening project. VAR 23-13
